A holistic health practitioner needed a smart app to autonomously analyse up to four different types of lab results without requiring practitioner intervention. The existing process was time-consuming, requiring manual entry and interpretation of long reports for Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA), microbiome and blood analysis. New practitioners regularly made errors in their recommendations and data interpretations. The client sought to create an accessible tool allowing both fellow health professionals and patients to understand their test results and receive personalised recommendations and product suggestions.
